ORDINANCE NO. 1847-2010
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AMENDING THE BURLINGAME Iv, CODE
AND THE ZONING MAPS INCORPORATED IN TITLE 25, THE ZONING CODE BY RECLASSIFYING
A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1450 HOWARD AVENUE FROM THE R-3 DISTRICT
TO THE CA DISTRICT
The CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539 as amended and referenced in
Section 25.12.010 of the Municipal Code are amended as follows:
From the R-3, Multiple Family Residential District, to the C-1, First Commercial District:
A portion of 1450 Howard Avenue (Assessor's Parcel Number 029-201 027) consisting of Lots
10B and 10C, Block 1, Supplementary Map No. 1 to Map of Town of Burlingame.
This reclassification is generally shown on Exhibit "A" of this ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
I, MARY ELLEN KEARNEY, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the lst day of
Feb. , 2010 and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16tliday
of February , 2010, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:BAYLOCK, BROWNRIGG, DEAL, KEIGHRAN, NAGE
