Draft Inventory of Historic Resources for Downtown Specific Plan 1. CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 p.m. – Council Chambers 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG 3. ROLL CALL 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Regular Council Meeting of May 19, 2008 5. PRESENTATIONS a. Proclamations commemorating City Centennial from the offices of Senator Barbara Boxer, Congresswoman Jackie Speier, Senator Leland Yee, and Assemblyman Gene Mullin and various other agencies b. Introduction of Economic Development Specialist, Patricia Love 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS a. Hold Public Hearing and Adopt Ordinance renewing Broadway Business Improvement District for five years; and Adoption of Resolution establishing 2008-2009 Assessments – Adopt b. Public Hearing on FY 2008-09 Proposed Budget and Capital Program – Discuss 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS – At this time, persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits Council from acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a “request to speak” card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff. Introduction of an Ordinance revising Burlingame Municipal Code Section 15.10 Sanitary Sewer Use Regulations to comply with previously adopted Sanitary Sewer Management Plan (SSMP) – Introduce 9. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR a. Recommendation to cancel July 7 and August 4, 2008 City Council meetings b. Resolution approving Revocable Utility Easement in Parking Lot B-1 for office building project at 1427 Chapin Avenue c. Approve Resolution amending the Agreement for Professional Services with Caine Computer Consulting, LLC 10. COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS 11.
