CALL TO ORDER
A duly noticed special meeting of the Burlingame City Council was held on the above date in
Conference Room A of City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by Mayor Knight.

Mayor Knight armounced the purpose of the meeting was:
CLOSED SESSION - PROPERTY NEGOTIATIONS - 1230 DONNELLY
At 5:03 p.m. Mayor Knight adjourned the meeting to the Closed Session regarding property negoti-
ations; City Manager representing the city and negotiating with the Estate of Frieda Fruend.
RECONVENE OPEN SESSION
At 5:40 p.m. Mayor Knight reconvened the meeting in open session. No action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Knight adjourned the meeting at 5:41 p.m.
