Suggested that slgns carry slx lnch reflectorlzod lettexs readlng'tBTJftLINGAi,,tEn with a dlrectlon arrow. Slgns to be placed at Broadway end Bayshore, Burl ingame avenue Bnd Howard Avenue at Bayshore, and at the lnter- sectlon of Skyllne Boulevard and Hillslde Drive. Arata Garbage Company and Burllngane Garbage Comp any, to remove and haul away garden outtings and dry rubblsh from idn front of residence premlses in Bur llngane for a perlod of five yeare beglnnlng July L, 1940, for a flxed compen- satlon of 9525.00 per montp. On motlon by Councllman Burrows, second.ed by Councl lman Buek, and unanlmously carrled, the Clvll Service Coramisslon was ordered lnstructed to hold exe$ination for Recreation Dlrector and to create an ellgible tlst for clerlc al help for Clty offlces.
