A regular neetlng of the Clty CouneiL of the Clty of Burllngame
was held on the above given date. The meetlng was caLled
together at 8:00 P.M., Mayor llunt in the Chalr.
Councilmen Buck, flives, Eunt, McDonafd and llard answered ro11 calI.
Absent: Councllmen, None.
The minutes of the previous meetlng of October 2, l9E9 were approved
as s ubmltted to the Council, the readl.ng belng dispensed w1th.
Bequest of E.W. Schuck, Water Superlntendent, to attend the Amerl-
can Water Yiorks Assoclatlon Conventlon 1n San Francisco, October 25th
to October 28th was granted on notlon.
A letter was read fron tite Burllngame Chamber of Commerce asklng
that serious conslderatlon be glven the followlng recormenda tions 3
(f) Uuntcfpal operatlon oi Burllngane Hlgh School Svrlnming
FooI durlng the surumer vacation of 1940
(e) F1nanc1a1 asslstance of S50.00 to the progr€.m of planting
w11d flower seed along the Bayshore Illghway withln the
