The Plannlng Comrnlssion, ln a communLcatlon, recommended thatan ordlnanee be prepared providlng for a 50 foot set-back 1lne on both sldes of the Bayshore Boulevard 1n line vrltlr thesuggestlon of Mr. Skeggs recently submltted to the Councll. The same was referred to Attorney Davls to prepare sueh an ordinance. Under unflnlshed buslness, the applicatlon of I{r. Laak to bulld apartments on Lots L-2-3 and 11, bloek 6, Burllngame Shore Landi Company Traet, was agaln taken up. Mr. Laak was lnstrueted toenter an egreement wlth the Councll eonsentLng to a 30 foot set- back 1n 1lne wlth the wldenlng of the lllghway.
