API ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.12.010 OF THE BURLINGAME
MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN
INCORPORATED BY RECLASSIFYING LOT 3,
BLOCK 4, BURLINGAME PARK NO, 2
FROM FIRST RESIDENTIAL (R-1) DISTRICT
TO THIRD RESIDENTIAL (R-3) DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does ORDAIN as folloM:s:
Section 1. Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame Municipal Code and
the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539 are hereby amended by reclassify-
ing Lot 3, Block 4, as said lot and block are shown on that certain map
entitled:
"MAP OF SUBDIVISION N0, 2 OF BURLINGAME PARK, CAL.", which map
was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California on October 16, 1905 in Book B of Original Maps
at page 17 and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at page 77.
from the First Residential (R-1) District to the Third Residential (R-3)
District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
