ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25. 12.020
OF THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
GARDING ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.12.020 of the Burlingame Municipal Code
is amended to read as follows:
"25.12.020 Boundaries of Districts
1. Where a zone or district boundary is indicated as approximately
following a public street or alley, such boundary shall be construed
to follow the center line of such street or alley.
2. Where a zone or district boundary is indicated as approxi-
mately following aline between two or more recorded lots, such
boundary shall be construed to follow the line dividing such lots as
shown on the most recently approved Record of Survey parcel map or
subdivision map.
3. When a public street or alley is hereafter vacated or
abandoned, an
d such street or alley is the division line or boundary
between two districts, the center line of such vacated or abandoned
street or alley shall remain the boundary between districts.
4. Where existing real property improvements extend over one
or more lot lines, and are located on an assessor's parcel consisting
of two or more lots in more than one zoning district, said real property
improvements are non -conforming and shall be subject to the limitations
of Chapter 25.50.
5. In case any uncertainty exists as to the location of a
boundary or boundaries of any district, and there is a dispute in
reference thereto, the person so disputing the boundary shall file an
application before the Planning Commission as provided by Chapter 25.16
of this Code."

Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
