ORDINANCE NO. 1089
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS
TO OBTAIN SUMMARY CRIMINAL HISTORY
INFORMATION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California,
WHEREAS, California Penal Code Section 1105 requires the City
Council to designate city officials who may receive summary criminal history
information for purposes of fulfilling employment, certification, and licensing
duties; and
WHEREAS, the normal and efficient operations of the City require
that from time to time city officials be able to obtain said information;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED and ORDERED that:
The City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk, or their designees,
are hereby
authorized
to receive
summary
criminal
history
information,
as
provided in
California
Penal Code
Section
11105,
for
purposes of fulfilling
their employment, certification and licensing duties.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced ata regular meeting of
the City Council held on the day of September, 1976, and adopted there-
after at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of October, 1976,
