ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4. 16.020 OF
THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM SINKING FUND
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 4.16.020 of the Burlingame Municipal Code
relating to the P1unicipal Water System Sinking Fund is repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
