ORDINANCE ALLOWINa C-2 PERMITTED
USES AS CONDITIONAL USES IN CER-
TAIN C-1 AREAS
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.36.035 is added to the Burlingame
Municipal Code to read as follows:
"25.36.035 Additional conditional uses in certai
In addition to the conditional uses set forth in Section
25.36.030, the uses set forth in Section 25.38.020(2) through
(23) of this Ordinance Code are conditional uses requiring a
special permit in the following described area:
That area bounded by California Drive, Highland Avenue,
Howard Avenue, Hatch Lane and City Parking Lot 'M'."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
day of August, 1976, and was adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 7thday of September, 1976, by the following vote:
