ORDINANCE LIMITING TERMS OF COP•9MISSION MEMBERS
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1.
Chapter
3.22
of
the
Burlingame
.July
Municipal
Code regarding
the Traffic, Safety
and Parking
adopted
Commission
is
hereby
renumbered
Chapter 3.25,
Section 2. Chapter 3.22 regarding Commissioners' terms is hereby
added to said Code to read as follows:
"CHAPTER 3.22
3.22.010
No person shall be appointed to serve more than two (2) consecu-
tive terms on the same commission of this City. For the purpose of
this section, appointments to fill the unexpired portion of a term
shall not be considered as a term served."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty days from the
date hereof.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
