ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 6. 12.015 REGAP.DING
RENTAL OF PREMISES TO AUCTIONEERS
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 6.12.075 is hereby added to the Burlingame
Municipal Code to read as follows:
"6.12.015 Rental or Lease of Premises to Auctioneers.
It shall be unlawful for any person to rent, lease or otherwise
provide premises fora public auction in the City of Burlingame
to any person not displaying an auctioneer's permit for the time
and place of the use of said premises."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the loth day of September, 1977, and was adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of
October, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP,CROSBY,HARRISON,MANGINI,MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
