AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25. 12.010 OF THE BURLINGAME
MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN INCORPORATED BY
RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTHWESTERLY 43.33 FEET OF LOTS 12 AND
13, BLOCK 1, AND THE ADJOINING PORTION OF SAN MATEO AVENUE
WITH THE NORTHEASTERLY 75 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 2,
AND LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 2, DECOULON SUBDIVISION, FROM THIRD
RESIDENTIAL (R-3) DISTRICT TO SERVICE COMMERCIAL (C-2) DISTRICT
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.12.D1D of the Burlingame Municipal Code,
and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539, are hereby amended by
reclassifying the following lots from the Third Residential (R-3) District
to the Service Commercial (C-2) District:
The southwesterly 43.33 feet of Lots 12 and 13, Block 1,
and the adjoining portion of San Mateo Avenue, with the
northeasterly 75 feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block 2, Decoulon
Subdivision (APN 029-053-110).
Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, Decoulon Subdivision (AD
N 029-053-200).
as said lots are shown on that certain map entitled:
Map of the Decoulon Subdivision, Burlingame, California,
which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California, on March 14, 1909,
in Book 6 of Maps, at page 61.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
