ORDINANCE NO. 1+05
ORDINANCE PROHIBITING AUIVN IIC CONNECTIONS
TO PUBLIC PP.IMARY TELEPHONE TRUNK LIflES
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burliname does hereby ORDAIN as
Section 1. Chapter 10.08 is hereby added to the Burlingame
Municipal Code, to read as follows:
"CHAPTER 10.08
AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE ALA RPI
10.08.010
No person shall use, or cai,�se to be permitted to be used, or
engage in the business of providing, any alarm, telephone device,
or telephone attachment that automatically selects a public primary
telephone trunk line of the Police or Fire Department of the City,
and then reproduces any pre-recorded message to report any robbery,
burgulary, fire or other emergency."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
