ORDIfJANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.52.010(a)
ADDING THE POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT DEPART-
MENT HEADS AND CHIEF FIRE INSPECTOR TO
THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (4-2) of Section 3.52.010(a) of the
"iunicipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
'°(4-2) Assistant Department Heads."
Section 2. Subsection (4-3) is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(4-3) Chief Fire Inspector."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced ata regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 21st -day of March, 1977, and was adopted there-
after at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of April,
1977, by the following vote:
