ORDINANCE REGARDING REMOVAL OF CANINE EXCREMENT
follows:
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as
Section i. Section 9.04.080 of the Burlingame Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"9.04.080 Removal of canine excrement.
No person owning or having custody or control of any dog shall
knowirigly or
through failure
to exercise due care
or control, permit
such dog to
defecate and
allow such excrement to
thereafter remain
on any public
property, including
parks, parking
lots, sidewalks,
planting strips
and parkways,
or upon any private
property without
the consent
of the owner
or occupant thereof."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as provided by law.
