HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1130ORDINANCE NO.1130 AN ORDIPdA.NCE REMOVING P.ESIDENTIAL USES FROM THE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS (C-3) DISTRICT The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Section 25.40.020 of the Burlingame Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: "25.40.020 Permitted uses. The following uses are permitted in the C-3 districts: (1) Banks, building and loan associations, financial institutions; (2) Offices of physicians, surgeons, dentists and other healing professions; (3) Offices of real estate, insurance and similar professions; (4) Offices for other recognized professional activities." Section 2. Section 25.50.040 of said Code is amended to read as follows: "25.40.040 Building regulations. There shall be a front setback of a minimum of fifteen feet on all buildings or structures located, erected or rebuilt in a C-3 district. There shall be side setbacks on all such buildings or structures as provided in Chapter 25.66 of this code, and the table of side yards applying to dwellings shall be the table applying to all uses per - witted in this chapter." Section 3. Section 25.40.050 of said code is amended to read: 5/30/78 1 25.40.050 Special parking provisions. Automobile parking shall be provided on the same lot in the ratio of one such space for each our hundred square feet of gross floor area in the building as a minimum requirement." Section 4. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty days from the final passage thereof and shall be published as required by law. s1 f .1a Mayor I, EVELYN H.
