oRDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PALM DRIVE
AS A T?,ROUGH STREET
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
Section 1, Section 13,20.0'i0 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is amended by repealing subsections 58 and 59
thereof.
Section 2. Section 13.20.020 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is amended by adding subsection 24 to read as
follows:
1°24. Palm Drive from California Drive to Fairfield
Avenue."
Section 3, Section 13.20.030 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
"13..20.030 Yield right-of-way intersections.
The operator of any vehicle entering any of the
following designated intersections shall yield the
right-of-way:
L Lexington Way approaching Dwight Road;
2_. Vernon Way approaching
Bloomfield;
3. Concord qday approaching Bloomfield Road;
4.
Burlingame
Avenue
approaching
East Lane;
5.
California
Drive
approaching
Bellevue Avenue."
Sectior. 4. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
