ORDINANCE PERMITTIPdG GASOLINE
STORACE FACILITIES IN CERTAIN ZONES
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1.. Section 25.58.020, permitting gasoline
storage in certain zones? is hereby added to the Burlingame
Muncipal Code to read as follows:
"25,58.020 Gasoline Storage.
Facilities for the storage and dispensing of Class
I and Class II flamable liquids (gasoline and diesel
fuel) solely for private use shall be a permitted use
in industrial zones and shall require a conditional use
permit in commercial and residential zones. Such
facilities shall meet all requirements of this code
concnerning construction, installation and location."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be oublished as
required by law.
