AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.12.010 OF THE
BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS
THEREIN INCORPORATED BY RECLASSIFYING LOT 23
AND PORTIONS OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BURLINGAME PARK
N0, 5 FROM FIRST RESIDENTIAL (R-1) DISTRICT TO
THIRD RESIDENTIAL (R,3) DISTRICT
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does ordain
as follows:
Section L Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539
are hereby amended by reclassifying Lot 23 and the northwesterly
21.25 feet of Lots 2 and 3 as said lots are shown on that certain'
map entitled:
"MAP OF SUBDIVISION NO. 5 OF BURLINGAME PARK, CALIFORNIA,"
which map was failed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California on May 13, 1907
in Book 5 of Maps at page 4.
from the First Residential (R-1) District
to the Third Residen-
tial (R-3) District, subject to the conditions that preliminary
plans of any building thereon shall require approval by the
City Council, a ten (10) feet sideyard adjacent to the property
line adjoining Lot 22, City's approval of a condominium project
for this property, and property owner's completion or guarantee
oI those improvements and conditions specified for the tentative
parcel map joining Lots 23, 24 and a portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
