REMOVING DUTIES OF CITY CLERK REGARDING
PLANNING COMMISSION AND CIVIL SERVICE
COMMISSION
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Sections 3.08.010, 3.08.020 and 3.08.030 of
the Burlingame Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Section 3.48.030 of said Code is amended to
read as follows:
"3.48.030 Meetings - Officers.
The commission shall elect one of its members as
chairman.
They
shall meet
at the city hall at such time
as fixed
by the
commission.
A majority of the commission
shall constitute
a quorum
and no official action shall
be transacted by less than the vote of at least four
members."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
law.
