ORDINANCE NO 1187
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIDI NO -
PARKING HOURS ON PORTIONS OF BROADWAY
AND EL CAMINO REAL WEST SERVICE ROAD
The CITY COUSdCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Section 13.36.020 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to establish certain no -parking
hours on Broadway and the West Service Road of E1 Camino Real
by amending subsection (2) and adding subsection (10) to read
as follows:
(2) Broadway, south side, from Chula Vista Avenue
to California Drive between seven a.m. and nine a.m.,
Sundays and holidays excepted; north side from Rollins
Road to the Southern Pacific right-of-way between four
p.m. and six p.m., Sundays and holidays excepted; both
sides from E1 Camino Real to California Drive four a.m.
to six a.m., Sundays and holidays excepted;
(10) E1 Camino Real West Service Road from
Trousdale toMurchison from two a.m. to six a.m."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Subject: Typographical error -
ordinance No. 1187
The Police Chief has called to my attention that the language
of Section 13.36.020 (10) of the ordinance code as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1187 on August 4, 1980, presents an impossibility.
My language has El Camino Real West Service Road running from
Trousdale to Magnolia. That, of course, should be Trousdale
to Murchison. Please be sure that the copy which goes to the
code printer contains the correct language.
