ORDTNANCE LIMITING FENCES AND HEDGES
ON EL CAMINO REAL TO THREE FEET
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.78.045 is added to the Burlingame City
Code to read as follows:
"25.78.045 Fences and hedges on E1 Camino Real.
No fence or hedge which exceeds three (8) feet in height is
permitted within twenty (20) feet of any property line on El Camino
Real when such property line is crossed by a driveway for regular
vehicle ingress and egress."
Section 2. This ordinance shall. be published as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the day of Apxi1 , 1980, and was adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of
May , 1980, by the following vote:
