AN -0RDINANCE AMENDING OFF-STREET
PARKING STANDARDS FOR MEDICAL
AND DENTAL OFFICES
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.70.030(1) of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
°(i) Commercial and Industrial Uses. Parking
spaces on the same lot shall be provided for commercial
and industrial buildings as set forth in the following
table of requirements:
Medical or dental offices, 1 space for each 250
clinics or similar uses square feet of gross
floor area.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
