ORDINANCE REQULRINu CONFORMANCE TO
DESIGDi GUIDELSNES IN [n7ATERFRONT
COMMERCIAL 'DISTRICT
The CITY COUNCLL of the City of Burlingame, California,
does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.41.025 (f) of the Burlingame
Plunicipal Code, requiring special permits for certain uses in the
waterfront commercial zone, is amended to read as follows:
"25.41.025 Conditional uses reo,uirint? a special
The following are special uses requiring a special
permit:
(f) A11 buildings and structures that exceed the
Design Guidelines for Bayfront Development as estab-
lisped by resolution of the City Council."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at
