ORDINANCE PROHIBTTLNG DIZTNKING OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES-QN PUBLLC STREET
OR PLACE
The CTTY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
does ORDAIN as follows;
Section 1. Section 10.20.010 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
"10.?_0.010 Drinking alcoholic beverages
on public street or place.
It is unlawful for any person to drink any alcoholic
beverage upon any public street, lawn, alley, public park
or other public place of and in the City of Burlingame."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,.
California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
17th day of December, 1979, and was adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the ?tis day of
January, 1980, by the following vote:
