ORDIN.�NCE ESTABLISHING SIDE
YARDS IN CERTAIN M-1 DISTRICT
SUBDIVISIOQS
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.42.055(c), establishing side
yard setbacks in certain M-1 District subdivisions, is hereby
adopted, to read as follows:
"(c) There shall be a minimum ten C10) foot side
yard setback on all buildings and structures constructed
on lots in the following M-1 District subdivisions:
Hillsdale Industrial Park No. 1, No. 3 and No. 5;
Ingold Industrial Park; East Millsdale Industrial
Park No. 1 and No. 2.
Section 2. 'ibis ordinance shall be Dublished as
required by law.
