ORDINANCE 140.
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WASTE WATEP.
COLLECTION RATES AND CHARGES
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIIQ
as follows:
Section 1. Section 15.08.070 of the Burlingame Plunici-
pal code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"15.08.070 Sewer Rental Service Charges.
Every person whose premises in the City are served
by a connection with the system of sewerage of the City,
whereby the sewerage or industrial wastes, or either or
both, are disposed of by the City, shall pay a bi-monthly
sewer charge based upon the quantity of metered water per
bi-monthly billing period as set forth in the following
rate schedule, whether such water is derived from a source
other than City water supply or all or part of such water
is furnished to the premises without charge. The Director
of Public Works shall determine the classification of uses
notspecifically listed.

Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance shall
become effective with meter readings as of .August 1, 1981.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
April, 1981, and was adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of
