CODE TO REQUIRECERTAINCONSTRUCTION
STANDAPMS IN GROUP R-1 O'CCUP'ANCIES
The CITY COiJNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
(Section 1, Section 18,0°..130 of the Burlingame
�'Tunicipal Code, establishing special provisions for Group R-1
occupancies, is amended to read as follows:
"13.08,180
Section 1302 (b)
amended
- Special
provisions for
Group R-1
occupancies,
Section 1302 (b) of the Building Code is amended to
read as follows;
'(b) Special Provisions. Group P.-1 occupancies more
than one story in height shall be of not less than one-
hour fire resistive construction throughout. Notwith-
standing any other provisions of this code; combustible
projections from walls of such occupancies shall be
one-hour fire resistive or heavy timber conforming to
Section 2106.

Section 3205. "'
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
re0uired by law.

a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council held on the
19 day of J 1, 1981, and was adopted thereafter at a
