AN ORDINANCE LIMITING RETAIL, OFFICE AND
DWELLING USES IN THE M-1 ZONE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLING,4ME does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:.
Section

Section 2. Subsection (g) and (1) of Section 25.42.030
are hereby amended to read as follows:
(g) Establishments

Section 3. Subsection (r) is hereby added to Section
25.42.030 to read as follows:
(r) Not more than one dwelling designed to be used, and
used, in connection with an industrial establishment..
It shall be occupied by the owner or lessee or such
establishment and his family, or by an employee of
such owner or lessee, and his family, subject to any
requirements or restrictions necessary for public
health, safety and welfare.
Section 4, This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.
