RESOLUTION NO. 141-2025
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RAIMI AND
ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500,000, FOR THE PREPARATION OF A BAYFRONT
SPECIFIC PLAN
WHEREAS, the City requires professional and technical services to assist with the preparation
of a Bayfront Specific Plan and associated environmental document; and
WHEREAS, on July 21, 2025, the City of Burlingame issued a Request for Proposals (RFP)
for professional services by multi-disciplinary firms, consultants, and consultant teams for the
preparation of a Bayfront Specific Plan and associated environmental document; and
WHEREAS, City staff conducted panel interviews with each of the firms that submitted an RFP
on August 7, 2025, and August 9, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City has selected Raimi and Associates (“Consultant”) to assist the City of
Burlingame in the preparation of a Bayfront Specific Plan with associated environmental document for
a not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000; and
WHEREAS, on December 1, 2025, the City Council reviewed and considered the Agreement
for Professional Services to authorize work, for an amount not to exceed amount of $1,500,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby resolve, find, determine,
and order as follows:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to enter into the Professional Services Agreement
with Raimi and Associates for the preparation of a Bayfront Specific Plan with associated
environmental document, with a not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000, in the form attached
hereto.
2. The City Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the City Manager upon execution of the
Professional Services Agreement.

was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council, held on the 1st day of December as adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
