A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CAROLLO
ENGINEERS, INC. FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY HEADWORKS
CONCRETE CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 86830
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California which FINDS,
ORDERS and DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of
Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is instructed to attest such signature.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1st day of
December, 2025 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
