ORDINANCE CONTROLLING CONSTRUCTION HOURS
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:

Section 18.08.035 Construction Hours.
No person shall erect (including excavation and grading),
demolish, alter or repair an,y building other than between the
hours of 7: a.m. and 7: p.m. on weekdays, 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m,
on Saturdays, and 10:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sundays, except in the
case of urgent necessity in the interest of public health and
safety, and then only with a permit from the Building Inspector,
which permit shall be granted for a period not to exceed three
(3) days.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
