Meeting called to order by Chairman Mitchell.
Subjects discussed
1. Proposed concrete mixing plant and material yard. Present were
owner of property Floyd Hanehett - also Mr. Wachter, submitting
plans for proposed plant. No commiltment made by Commissioners.
Taken under advisement for study to investigate site and
comparable plants.
2. Proposed apartment - Bayshore and Winchester Dr. Northwest V,
corner - lot set -back to be revised as penciled in red on
blue print. Garbage can location.
3. Proposed duplex plan presented by B. G. Proffitt for construc-
tion on Linden and Carolan Avenues. Should have variance
application.
4. Davis & O'Mara - on Marston Rd. near Rollins Rd. - sanitary
sewer -. site plan.
5. Medical Dental Bldg. on California Drive and Juanita Avenue t
(Dr. Petersen) okeyed.
6. Discussion of Industrial Area Development.
7. Meeting set for 10 a.m. 4an. 24, 1953 with Goo. Mann and
Planning Commission members for field trip regarding new
zoning map.
