The minutes of the meeting of November 28, 1952, were unanimously approve(
and adopted on motion of Commissioner Perkins and seconded by Commiss ionex
Harris. (No quorum at December meeting.)
Unfinished Business
No action was taken on Andrew Waechter's proposal to erect a concrete
riix plant as a formal application has not been presented to the Commissioi
The. -application of Gunnar Klint to erect two five -apartment buildings
at bayshore and Winchester Drive was approved on motion of Commissioner
Brown, seconded by Commissioner Perkins and unanimously carried.
No action was taken on the application of Davis and O'Mara for a proposed
construction on Marston Road. City Engineer Marr advised that there
was a sanitary sewerage problem to be ironed out.
New Business
The final map of Kenmar Terrace was presented for Commission approval.
Commissioner Harris moved that the final map be approved, seconded by
Commissioner Perkins. On roll call the vote was as follows:

The final map of the resubdivision of Lots 19 and 20, Block 4,
Burlingame Park No. 4, submitted by the owner, W. L. Burkdall, was
approved on motion of Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner
Perkins and unanimously carried.
A letter from the Arcata Chamber of Commerce requesting a copy of the
City of Burlingame's parking regulations was referred to Mayor Byrd
for reply.
An application submitted by D. ". Nicolaides to erect a five -apartment
building at Bayshore between Francisco and Marin Drives was unanimously
approved.

Chairman Mitchell introduced a map and master plan for future city
development which was unanimously endorsed by the Commissioners on
motion of Commissioner Stivers and seconded by Commissioner Perkins.
The Secretary was instructed to extend an invitiation to the City
Council, Chamber of Commerce, Broadway development Association, the
Superintendents of both the Elementary and the High School Districts,
the Police Chief and the Fire Chief, to attend the next study meeting
to discuss.the plan proposed by Chairman Mitchell.
The next study meeting was scheduled for February 9, 1953 and the
regular meeting for February 26, 1953-
The meeting was regularly adjourndd at 9:20. p.m.
