Chas. W. Rooth elected Secretary (Commissioner Perkins resigned)
Application received from Pratt & Mitchell for permission to subdivide
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Burlingame Park #3 into three parcels. No
action taken.
Permit granted to Harry Lee Plumbing & Heating for addition to present
building on Rollins Road.
Permit granted to Industrial Realty Corporation for addition to Aetna
Mfg. Co. on Rollins Road.
An application for a permit to construct four -unit apartment building
on Lots 14, Block 5, Burlingame Grove Subdivision submitted by J. E.
Schoales, 2104 Hillside Drive, was held for regular meeting.
An application to construct an office and garage on Rollins Road, sub-
mitted by the San Mateo County Mosquito Abatement District was referred
to the City Engineer for checking of floor elevations and for roof
supports.
Permit granted to Trinity Lutheran Church, 1245 E1 Camino Real, to
construct Sunday School and office on their property.
An application presented by Metcalf -Mayer to construct used car lot witk
overhead signs was returned to the petitioner for more detail.
Wm. J. Crosby lot (Lot 1B, Block 3, Town of Burlingame) granted variance
by Council action previously .. proposal now to erect medical and dental
office by Dr. Elmer Porter, was referred to the Building Inspector.
Letters read from Burlingame Gate Improvement Club re: concrete mix plan
Interclub Council re: matters of meetings for Master Plan of City;
Nicholas B. Dinkel re: proposed development Mills Estate; Robert J.
McGahie re: certain matters of new zoning ordinance.
