Meeting called to order at 7:45 P.M. - Chairman Mitchell presiding
Re matter of application of Ray Park Improvement Club to erect two
bus shelters. Objection by Commissioner Stivers that they were not
necessary. Chairman Mitchell and Commissioner Mattock thought that
design as shown on sketch could be improved upon. Decision held
over until July 30th meeting. In the meanwhile Commissioner
Diedericksen will procure survey from the Greyhound Bus Company
as to the number of commuters using that stop.
Re matter of application of First Baptist Church to erect a re-
taining wall around parking space, approved.
Re Waechter application, deferred any action until regular meeting
of July 30th.
Re City Hall Civic Center, etc., Chairman Mitchell will work out
committees to study this project.
Re application of Henry L. Boos, 702 Newhall Road, approved.
Commission went over new zoning ordinances, and in particular
studied objections and, or, recommendations made by,citizens
during the public readings of said ordinances.
The meeting adjourned at 11:40 P.M.
