Study Meeting
October 15, 1953.

Planning Consultant Mann
City Engineer Marr
Considered application of Thomas R. Zitelli for erection of eight
foot Neon sign to be installed on roof of his building now under
construction at intersection of Broadway and California Drive. Ap-
provedby majority vote of Commission providing neon tubing shall be
such as shall not conflict or cause confusion with existing traffic
signals at that street intersection or the warning lights at the
street crossing of the S. P. railroad.
Consultant Mann advised that he and the City Attorney were working
on final wording and correction of wording on new zoning ordinances.
Consultant Mann stated that the Commission should give thought to
the reclassification of certain lands now owned by the city - from
"M" to "Park" and that he will prepare an appropriate motion on this
for the next regular meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 p. m.
