27, 1951 relating to the motion regarding the Lowrie matter be read. Following the

seated a Petition which he said, carried 3,U6 signatures in opposition to the asphalt
ri,s ;plant and requested that this petition be trsaamitted to the City Council for
thelx attention at tAsir: seat Regular Mo etia►g February t„ 1952. (Tire Secretary handed
the petition to the CiiW Cleft.) Jiro "agraves addressed the Planning Commission and
stated that he arespi VW ly requested that it reconsider the action taken at the meet-

plant and Atternay 'Luther Corr spore in favor of the "me and at times the discussion

tion at the Sty Meeting scheduled for Thursday eveningy 7sJU p.m., February 7, 1952,
