1. Firenze application for warehouse on Old Bayshore Highway.
Plans approved and recommended approval to sign permit, subject to
Park Superintendent approving of appropriate screening.
2. Carl J. Morello - remodeling residence on Park Road.
Plans approved - formal approval to be given at regular meeting.
3. Emil Welz application.
No action.
4. Dr. W. I. Peterson variance request.
Public hearing scheduled for September 25, 1952.
5. Andrew Waechter - building materials yard.
Secretary to write 14r. Waechter advising that in this case a special
permit will be required.
6. CPosby application for variance.
Public hearing scheduled for September 25, 1952.
7. Mrs. Chisholm, 560 El Camino Real request for Rest Home permit
advised that it will require a special variance application.
8. Motion passed tow ithhold Notice of Occupancy Acceptance Lot 7,
Block 7, Burlingame Terrace. (Architect Robison)
9. City Engineer and City Attorney appointed committee on "forms and
applications.
