The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P. m. - Chairman Mitchell in
the Chair.
1. Presentation subdivision map KENMAR TERRACE - BURLINGVIEW TERRACE
Action withheld on motion of Commissioner Perkins, seconded by Commissione:
Henderson with the understanding that City Engineer Marr confer with
Engineer for "-enmar development prior to next meeting of the Commission.
Problem to be discussed - drainage.
2. Welz plans for jewelry store on Park Road.
Action on granting of permit delayed until it is determined whether
the proposed alterations exceed the 10o coverage allowed by ordinance
and an inspection made by the Commissioners. (Note: •approval was given
thereafter at a dinner meeting at Bob's on Broadway, October 20, 1952).
3. Removal of two story duplex on El Camino Real from 214 to 109.
Referred back to the owner because no inclusion made of a detailed plot
plan or sketch indicating the new building on the new lot.
4. Burlingame 'womans Club request to build on prpperty on El Camino.
Secretary was instructed to call Ars. Van Winkle, Club President, to try
to persuade her to wait until after the recodification of the zoning
ordinances and that present site not too desirable for Club purposes.
5. Rose Court petition - unsightly condition 843 and 901 Bayshore Blvd.
To be ascertained if Lot 8 and 9 has any frontage on Rose Court. Owners
not present to discuss the situation.
