RESOLUTION NO. 114-2025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME REJECTING ALL
PROPOSALS FOR THE LEASE OF THE GREYHOUND BUS DEPOT AND AUTHORIZING STAFF
TO READVERTISE THE LEASE OF THE GREYHOUND BUS DEPOT
WHEREAS, in May 2025, the Parks and Recreation Department opened the Request for
Proposals submission period; and
WHEREAS, the submission period closed on June 26, 2025, and four submissions were
received; and
WHEREAS, two of the proposals did not meet the criteria outlined in the Request for Proposals
and were therefore eliminated; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends rejecting all proposals and re-advertising the lease of the
Greyhound Bus Depot to increase the number and type of proposals from which to select.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLVES AND
ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. All proposals for the Greyhound Bus Depot are rejected.
2. Staff is directed to revise the Request for Proposals and re-advertise the lease of the Greyhound
Bus Depot.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
October 2025 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Brownrigg, Colson, Pappajohn, Stevenson, Thayer
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
