Commissioner Brown asked how many new homes would be included in this area, and when Mr. Ham answered, - "Five," Mr. George Bahrs, an adjoining property owner, appeared and stated that the proposed subdivision would be inconsistent with the established development in that area. Also, Mrs. Davis, another property owner in the area, appeared and stated that she understood the proposed subdivision would be on the basis of minimum lot size, one-half acre.
