in ti�e Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on March 4, 1907 in Book "A"
of Original Maps, at Page 45 and a copy entered in Book 4 of Maps at Page 57.

As a condition to receiving a permit to cons�truct an accessory dwelling unit, hereby agrees:
1. The accessory dwelling unit shall not be sold separately from any part of the property on which it is located;
2. The accessory dwelling unit is restricted to the standards specified in Burlingame Municipal Code Chapter 25.59,
including a maximum size of no more than 850 SF (studio or one-bedroom units) or 1,000 SF (twabedrooms or
units), and a prohibition against remal of the unit for fewer than 30 consecutive calendar dsys; and
3. The restrictions shall be binding upon any successor in ownership of the properiy and lack of compliance shall result
in legal action against the property owner.
