At the August 22, 2011 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed requested
revisions to a previously approved Design Review project at 1416 Cabrillo Avenue, zoned R-1.
The revisions included adding a window to Bathroom No. 2, adding a skylight to Bathroom No.
3, addirig a window to Bathroom No. 1 and revising the landscaping and back yard layout (see
revised plans date stamped August 9, 2011).
The Planning Commission acknowledged receiving the revisions and noted that they were
consistent with the design previously approved.
The approved design shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and
California Fire Code, 2010 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
