CITY OF BURLIN AME 501 PRIMROSE R AD BURLINGAME, CA�94010 �CEi�I(�� �.0 G � 19� u�n�NG 0� F i RESOLUTION NO. 17-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit for an addition to an existinq detached garage at 1408 Cabrillo Avenue ,(APN 026-051-110 ), (property owner: Jack Gollier, 1408 Cabrillo Avenue, Burlinqame, CA 94010 ; and WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said application on June 24 , 1991 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that said special permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Mar ar Monroe, City Planner ' • r EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval, special permit, 1408 Cabrillo Avenue (effective July 2, 1991) 1. 2. � that the garage shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped May 31; ? 991 She�t� 1�::d 2; that the garage shall provide a 10' x 20' space for the required covered parking space; that the conditions of the Fire Marshal's May 2, 1991 memo, the City Engineer's May 28, 1991 memo and the Chief Building Inspector's June 3, 1991 memo shall be met; 3. that the garage shall be built to meet all the requirements of the Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Codes as amended by the City of Burlingame; 4. 5. that the Chief Building Inspector shall approve the plans for ventilation and the City Engineer approve distance from property line; and that the plans shall show attic space in the garage for storage use only.
