RESOLUTION NO. 17-91
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame
that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
for an addition to an existinq detached garage
at 1408 Cabrillo Avenue ,(APN 026-051-110 ),
(property owner: Jack Gollier, 1408 Cabrillo Avenue, Burlinqame, CA
94010 ; and
WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said
application on June 24 , 1991 , at which time it reviewed
and considered the staff report and all other written materials and
testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Planning Commission that said special permit is approved, subject to
the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

Avenue (effective July 2, 1991)

that the garage shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to
the Planning Department and date stamped May 31; ? 991 She�t� 1�::d

that the garage shall provide a 10' x 20' space for the required
covered parking space;
that the conditions of the Fire Marshal's May 2, 1991 memo, the
City Engineer's May 28, 1991 memo and the Chief Building
Inspector's June 3, 1991 memo shall be met;
3. that the garage shall be built to meet all the requirements of the
Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Codes as amended by the City of
Burlingame;

that the Chief Building Inspector shall approve the plans for
ventilation and the City Engineer approve distance from property
line; and
that the plans shall show attic space in the garage for storage
use only.
