As we discussed, the application for a parking variance at 1361 Cabrillo Avenue in Burlingame cannot be scheduled for a public hearing until the exiting from the proposed addition is resolved. I am enclosing a copy of the City Engineer's commets which indicate that he needs some additional information in order to determine whether the required exiting is being provided. It might be beneficial to discuss this matter directly with Frank Erbacher, City Engineer. He can be reached at 342-8132. Feel free to call me at 342-8625 if you have any questions. As soon as we have a complete application, i.e. plans which meet Building and Fire Code requirements, we will schedule this project for a public hearing.
