possibillty of obtainint a permit to build a residential unit inn 'his baskyard to
provide living quarters tar a caretaker. It was explained to his that this
*ouXd create two dwellings on a lot arced for a single family dwelling and there-
fore waul4.not come, within then scope of the ordinance.
