Your request for a Minor Modification to increase the lot coverage to 41 % where 40% is the
maximum allowed, was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet of the subject property.
Since there was no appeal, your Minor Modification request at 1431 Capuchino Avenue, zoned R-
1, was approved effective May 14, 2020. The project must be consistent with the plans submitted
to the Planning Division and date stamped April 1, 2020.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be
issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
